Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MES applications.

Participate in requirements gathering, functional design, and solution architecture discussions.

Provide support for system upgrades, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Mandatory experience with AVEVA MES (formerly Wonderware MES) – minimum of 3 years.

Strong understanding of MES modules such as Operations, Quality, Performance, and Inventory.

Familiarity with AVEVA System Platform, InTouch, and Historian is a plus.

Experience with integration protocols (OPC, SQL, XML, REST APIs).

Exposure to production systems, batch management, and real-time manufacturing data analysis.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with implementation in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, automotive, or discrete manufacturing industries.
Certification in AVEVA MES or related platforms is a strong advantage.
Experience with Industry 4.0 and digital transformation projects.
