The candidate will be responsible for configuring, administering, supporting, and optimizing the Beamex CMX Calibration Management System to ensure accurate calibration scheduling, instrument lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance. The role includes managing calibration records, maintaining instrument master data, supporting Computer System Validation (CSV), preparing validation documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Professionals should have hands-on experience with Beamex CMX, calibration management, asset management, instrument lifecycle processes, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, GxP, GMP, ISO 17025, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Strong knowledge of calibration scheduling, compliance reporting, SAP PM/MM integration, enterprise asset management systems, and laboratory or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
The role also involves collaborating with QA, Engineering, Maintenance, Validation, and IT teams to deliver reliable calibration management solutions, support audits, troubleshoot application issues, generate compliance reports and dashboards, prepare SOPs and user manuals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
