Professionals should have hands-on experience with LabX configuration, system administration, analytical instrument integration, Computer System Validation (CSV), GxP regulations, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, audit trail management, and laboratory automation. Strong understanding of QC/QA laboratory processes, laboratory digitalization, end-user support, and regulated laboratory environments is highly preferred.
The role also involves collaborating with QA, QC, IT teams, laboratory users, and business stakeholders to support implementation projects, system upgrades, documentation, SOP preparation, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
