The candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering end-to-end AVEVA MES solutions for global manufacturing organizations. The role includes defining enterprise MES architectures, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leading digital manufacturing initiatives, supporting MES implementation and migration programs, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise and shop-floor systems.
Professionals should have hands-on experience with AVEVA MES, AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA Work Tasks (Skelta BPM), AVEVA MDM, AVEVA Enterprise Integrator, AVEVA InTouch, AVEVA OMI, Microsoft SQL Server, C#/.NET, and enterprise manufacturing solutions. Strong knowledge of ISA-95, ISA-88, MESA standards, GMP compliance, production scheduling, OEE, genealogy, traceability, ERP integration, industrial automation, and manufacturing best practices is highly preferred.
The role also involves leading customer workshops, conducting site assessments, preparing Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and Functional Design Specifications (FDS), supporting SIT, UAT, validation activities, and collaborating with global business stakeholders, delivery teams, automation engineers, and solution architects to deliver enterprise-grade MES solutions.
