The role includes PLC programming, SCADA and HMI development, control system integration, troubleshooting, commissioning, and ensuring reliable operation of automation systems across manufacturing and industrial environments.
Professionals should have hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (preferred), Siemens PLCs, SCADA systems, HMI development, Variable Frequency Drives (ABB & GE Converteam), industrial PCs, servers, industrial communication protocols, and industrial networking. Strong understanding of control system design, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and industrial safety standards is highly preferred.
The role also involves collaborating with engineering, operations, and field service teams, preparing technical documentation, supporting customer acceptance testing, mentoring junior engineers, and providing onsite support at domestic and international project locations. Candidates should possess strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in dynamic industrial environments.
