Professionals should have hands-on experience with Pharma Digital Manufacturing, MES/MOM platforms, IT/OT integration, Industry 4.0, IIoT, cloud technologies, AI, analytics, and enterprise manufacturing systems. Strong understanding of production, quality, inventory, material management, supply chain planning, traceability solutions, and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance (CSV, GMP) is highly preferred.
