Perform Trackwise configuration and troubleshooting
Support Trackwise Web Services, Import Utilities, and Coordinator configurations
Develop and optimize MS SQL queries for Trackwise applications
Provide timely support for application issues and escalations
Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
Maintain compliance with IT and quality standards
