· Coordinate with customer’s systems administration and IT teams on deploying, configuring, developing and deploying EA solutions.
· Present technical information to customers including technical contributors and managers.
· Create, evolve, and implement EA application training and/or demonstrations
· Knowledge base contribution/management
· Deep engagement with internal customers and end users.
· Improve operations through continuous improvement standards such as: 8D, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5-Whys.
