The candidate will be responsible for administering, configuring, supporting, and maintaining Waters Empower CDS across global laboratory sites. The role includes user management, access control, system configuration, production support, troubleshooting, software upgrades, validation activities, and ensuring system availability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
Professionals should have hands-on experience with Waters Empower CDS, Chromatography Data Systems (CDS), Computer System Validation (CSV), ELN, SQL, Java, and laboratory informatics solutions. Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity principles, laboratory workflows, and enterprise laboratory systems is highly preferred.
The role also involves collaborating with QA, QC, laboratory users, IT teams, and business stakeholders to support global Empower deployments, system integrations, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. Candidates will prepare validation documents, SOPs, user guides, conduct end-user training, and ensure seamless integration with LIMS, ELN, ERP, and other laboratory applications. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
