The candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering end-to-end DELMIA Apriso MES solutions across global manufacturing organizations. The role includes conducting fit-gap analysis, defining solution architecture, translating business requirements into technical solutions, leading implementation programs, supporting system upgrades, and ensuring seamless integration between enterprise and shop-floor systems.
Professionals should have hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso MES (2016–2025), Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), Apriso Screen Framework, Process Builder, Global Process Manager (GPM), machine integration, business integration, ERP integration using XSLT, OPC DA/UA, RS232 communication, JavaScript, C# scripting, SQL Server, Oracle Database, and performance optimization. Strong knowledge of production execution, order management, quality management, warehouse operations, maintenance management, time and labor management, and complex assembly processes is highly preferred.
The role also involves leading technical architecture, preparing Functional and Technical Design documents, supporting RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, effort estimation, project planning, customer workshops, solution reviews, and mentoring development teams. Candidates will collaborate with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, automation engineers, and global delivery teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance MES solutions. Strong leadership, consulting, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
