Develop, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, access control, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
Design IAM workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure secure and efficient access management using SAAS Identity & Access Management platforms.
Strong understanding of access control, authentication & authorization.
Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and role changes, ensuring adherence to security policies and compliance requirements.
Must have experience in SCIM REST API, Java, JSON, XML,Webservices, Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 technical issues related to IAM configurations, connector integrations, customizations and support hypercare for different project rollouts & phases.
Define and enforce access control policies, including role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege principle, and segregation of duties (SoD).
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and validation of the IAM solutions to ensure they meet quality and security standards.
Good to have exposure on Bean Shell,Groovy,Shell scripting & hands on Terraform script but desired.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure IAM aligns with business goals.
