The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in DELMIA ORTEMS configuration, customization, development, integration, deployment, and production support. The role involves designing and supporting advanced planning and scheduling solutions, optimizing finite-capacity production schedules, and integrating ORTEMS with MES and ERP platforms.
Candidates should have strong expertise in Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS), Finite Capacity Scheduling, MS SQL/SQL Server/Oracle, MES integration with Apriso or Siemens Opcenter, and ERP integration with SAP. Experience with production planning, manufacturing execution, setup and changeover logic, reporting, scheduling optimization, and troubleshooting is highly preferred.
The role also includes participation in SIT, UAT, functional testing, deployment, release management, post-go-live support, and production issue resolution. Candidates should be comfortable working with global customers and cross-functional manufacturing, MES, ERP, and IT teams.
