The role includes developing workflows, reports, templates, and screens, performing system validation, supporting production environments, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring system performance, stability, and regulatory compliance.
Professionals should have hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS, LIMS Basic scripting, SQL development, database management, ITIL processes, and enterprise application support. Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), GxP regulations, FDA compliance, and integrations with ERP, MES, ELN, and laboratory instruments is highly preferred.
The role also involves collaborating with QA, QC, laboratory users, IT teams, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade laboratory solutions.
