Professionals should have hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS package development, application troubleshooting, system administration, instrument interfaces, CDS integrations, and enterprise application integrations. Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, JBoss Server, Oracle/MS SQL databases, reporting tools, and laboratory workflows is highly preferred.
The role also involves supporting L1, L2, and L3 activities, mentoring team members, collaborating with global clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with Computer System Validation (CSV), GxP regulations, and industry best practices.
