The role includes implementing system enhancements, handling production support activities, managing incidents and change requests, and ensuring high system availability and performance across global deployments.
Professionals should have hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS, Core Java, Jasper Reports, XML, SQL, RDBMS, NoSQL databases, SDMS modules, and JBoss application server. Strong knowledge of application development, database management, deployment processes, and enterprise laboratory workflows is highly preferred.
The role also involves collaborating with global clients, laboratory users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade laboratory solutions.
