Experience Required:
4–10 years of experience in LabVantage LIMS development, with hands-on exposure to manufacturing, quality, and R&D environments.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong expertise in LabVantage LIMS
Proficient in Java and Oracle/MS SQL (knowledge of .NET is a plus)
Experience with workflows, customization, integration, implementation, upgrade, and migration activities
Familiarity with Jasper Reports implementation
Competence in application administration and troubleshooting
Successfully completed at least 2 end-to-end LIMS implementations or upgrade projects
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments
