Job Description

ormation Management System (LIMS) implementation, deployment, integration, and support projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS configuration, customization, deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and production support. Experience with LabVantage 8, deployment packages, Jasper Reports, SQL, instrument interfaces, CDS integrations, and enterprise application integrations is highly preferred.

The candidate will work closely with customers, laboratory teams, technical teams, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable LIMS solutions and provide technical expertise throughout implementation and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a LabVantage LIMS SME for implementation and support projects.
Configure and customize LabVantage LIMS based on business and laboratory requirements.
Develop and manage LabVantage deployment packages.
Design and maintain Jasper Reports and reporting solutions.
Participate in end-to-end LabVantage implementation projects.
Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot complex production issues.
Perform system administration, maintenance, debugging, and performance troubleshooting.
Design and support integrations with laboratory instruments and CDS systems.
Work with platforms such as Empower, OpenLab, ATLAS, or similar systems.
Integrate LabVantage with enterprise applications and external systems.
