The candidate will be responsible for handling Labware LIMS development, implementation, deployment, and support activities across global laboratory systems. The role includes configuring and customizing Labware LIMS modules, troubleshooting application issues, supporting L1/L2/L3 operations, and ensuring smooth functioning of enterprise laboratory systems.
Professionals should have hands-on experience with instrument interfaces, CDS systems such as OpenLab and ATLAS, enterprise application integrations, reporting tools, and SQL databases. Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, JBoss Server, Oracle/MS SQL, CSV processes, and GxP compliance standards is highly preferred.
The role also involves working closely with clients and business users to understand requirements, support upgrades and implementation projects, mentor team members, and maintain global Labware LIMS instances. Candidates should possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills with experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences environments.
