Experience in conducting workshops, client interactions, and technical team management
Experience with Maximo for Rail Industry clients
Experience conducting user training
Knowledge of infrastructure planning (middleware, DB, servers, etc.)
Execute ITIL-compliant support & enhancement tasks for Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions
Lead daily task planning, critical issue resolution, and technical team oversight
Coordinate with stakeholders (internal & third-party) for issue resolution
Conduct requirement analysis, design reviews, and client workshops
