The ideal candidate should have 5–12 years of experience in MES functional consulting, implementation, requirement gathering, manufacturing processes, and system integration. Candidates with hands-on experience in platforms such as DELMIA Apriso, Siemens SIMATIC IT, GE Proficy, SAP ME/MII, Rockwell MES, or similar COTS MES platforms are preferred.
The role involves working closely with customers and manufacturing stakeholders to understand business requirements, perform functional analysis and fit-gap assessments, prepare Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), Functional Design Specifications (FDS), functional test scenarios, and support SIT/UAT and validation activities.
The consultant will be responsible for supporting the complete MES implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration support, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, user training, and post-go-live support.
