Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and Proof of Concepts (PoC) for prospective clients and partners.
Handle account management responsibilities including pre-sales scoping, solution implementation, and post-sales support.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of sales activities, CRM entries, and project sales forecasts.
Develop a thorough understanding of CACHATTO services and effectively position them against competitors.
Provide timely and effective support for customer inquiries and issues.
Willingness to travel extensively for sales and implementation activities across India.
Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Good analytical ability to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management and organizational skills.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving aptitude.
Ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
Proven capability in market hunting and enterprise customer engagement.
Customer relationship management for repeat business.
Conducting market and competitor research, and customer feedback surveys.
CRM updates and daily sales reporting.
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA or equivalent from a recognized institution.
High energy and a cheerful outlook with excellent communication in English, Hindi, and local languages.
Strong critical thinking, listening skills, and presence of mind.
Proactive attitude with willingness to travel PAN India.
