Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between the sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled.

  • Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and Proof of Concepts (PoC) for prospective clients and partners.

  • Handle account management responsibilities including pre-sales scoping, solution implementation, and post-sales support.

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of sales activities, CRM entries, and project sales forecasts.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of CACHATTO services and effectively position them against competitors.

  • Provide timely and effective support for customer inquiries and issues.

  • Willingness to travel extensively for sales and implementation activities across India.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Good analytical ability to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving aptitude.


Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.

  • Proven capability in market hunting and enterprise customer engagement.

  • Customer relationship management for repeat business.

  • Conducting market and competitor research, and customer feedback surveys.

  • CRM updates and daily sales reporting.


Educational Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA or equivalent from a recognized institution.


Key Deliverables:

  • High energy and a cheerful outlook with excellent communication in English, Hindi, and local languages.

  • Strong critical thinking, listening skills, and presence of mind.

  • Proactive attitude with willingness to travel PAN India.
