Design, develop, configure, and support SampleManager LIMS applications
Gather user requirements and maintain system documentation and procedures
Perform performance tuning and upgrade existing codebases
Work on version upgrades/migrations and custom module enhancements
Manage complete product configuration and analysis workflows
Integrate laboratory instruments using Integration Manager
Maintain and configure static data and manage sample life cycle
Conduct training sessions for end-users and support go-live activities
Implement and evaluate product enhancements and system upgrades
Expertise in SampleManager LIMS, VGL, Integration Manager
Strong programming knowledge in .Net, VB6, and SQL
Experience with Windows environments and cloud deployment
In-depth knowledge of sample workflows, analysis configurations, and calculations
Experience in LIMS migration, integration, and validation processes
SampleManager LIMS Certification is an added advantage
Exposure to other LIMS platforms (preferred)
Experience in mentoring/training LIMS teams
Strong customer interaction and communication skills
Good documentation and problem-solving abilities
