The candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives while ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices. The role involves working closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, Business Stakeholders, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
Professionals should have experience managing Agile and Waterfall project environments, tracking delivery metrics, monitoring sprint health, managing risks and dependencies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of SDLC, DevOps practices, Agile reporting, and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project is highly preferred.
The role also requires coordination between onsite and offshore teams, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and process optimization to improve productivity, quality, and project outcomes. Candidates with MES, Manufacturing Automation, Semiconductor, or Electronics Manufacturing experience will have an added advantage.
