Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP.
Work with Service Catalogs, Workflows, and Flow Designer to automate business processes.
Optimize system performance with client-side and server-side scripting.
Manage incident, problem, change, and knowledge management processes.
Design reports and dashboards for better service management visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM (CMDB, SecOps, AIOPS, Change Management, Event Management).
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform fundamentals (instance cloning, upgrades, plugins, etc.).
ServiceNow certifications (CAD/CSA) are a must.
Experience with Rest/SOAP integrations, SLA configuration, and Flow Designer.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Comfortable working US overlapping hours (12 PM IST to 10 PM IST).
