The role includes developing production procedures, providing L3 application support, troubleshooting complex production issues, supporting system enhancements, and delivering validated MES solutions for global manufacturing sites.
Professionals should have hands-on experience with Emerson Syncade MES, Electronic Batch Records (EBR), Production Procedure Development, HP ALM testing, Computer System Validation (CSV), IQ/OQ documentation, ISA-95 (S95) models, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Strong understanding of data integrity, regulatory compliance, IT lifecycle management, and validated manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
The role also involves collaborating with business users, manufacturing teams, QA, validation teams, and global IT stakeholders to deliver reliable MES solutions, manage change requests, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
