The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, pilot deployment, multi-site rollout, stabilization, and transition to operations. The role requires strong experience in managing complex technology programs, distributed cross-functional teams, customer stakeholders, vendors, and multiple deployment locations.

The candidate will work closely with teams across AI/ML, Computer Vision, Data Engineering, Platform, DevOps/MLOps, Edge Computing, Testing, Infrastructure, and Support to ensure successful program execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery from planning through execution, rollout, stabilization, and transition.
• Lead complex technology programs involving AI/ML, Computer Vision, Edge AI, and Digital Manufacturing.
• Manage distributed cross-functional teams across AI/ML, Data, Platform, DevOps/MLOps, Edge, Testing, Infrastructure, and Support.
• Define program scope, WBS, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, and critical path.
• Drive pilot/reference-site deployments and subsequent multi-site rollout waves.
• Establish site-readiness, deployment-readiness, and go-live gates.
• Manage RAID items, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead customer governance meetings and executive reporting forums.
• Drive decision-making across technical and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate model/data readiness, validation, release management, and deployment activities.
• Ensure successful transition from implementation to steady-state operations.
• Develop rollout playbooks, governance models, and operating processes.
• Monitor program KPIs, delivery timelines, quality, budget, and resource utilization.
