Professionals should have experience in supply chain demand planning, workforce management, forecast management, and shift scheduling solutions. Strong knowledge of Quintiq optimizers, solution debugging, and business process improvement is highly preferred.
The role also involves working directly with clients and stakeholders to provide consulting support, manage change requests, and deliver SLA-based services.
