The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Track & Trace solutions using the TraceLink platform to ensure regulatory compliance and supply chain visibility. The role includes configuring serialization and aggregation processes, supporting EPCIS and GS1 standards, managing production support activities, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
Professionals should have hands-on experience with TraceLink, serialization, aggregation, EPCIS, GS1 standards, ITIL-based support processes, system integration, compliance reporting, and pharmaceutical supply chain operations. Strong understanding of GxP regulations, FDA compliance, UAT, defect management, incident management, and root cause analysis is highly preferred.
The role also involves collaborating with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, CMOs, IT teams, and external partners to deliver enterprise-grade Track & Trace solutions. Candidates will support testing, production deployments, compliance initiatives, documentation, and continuous improvement activities while ensuring regulatory and business requirements are met.
