The role involves providing L2/L3 application support, troubleshooting production and integration issues, performing RCA, managing incidents and changes, and ensuring reliable data exchange across laboratory systems.

Configure and troubleshoot data exchange workflows in Scitara DLX.
Validate interface connectivity and ensure seamless data flow.

Ensure platform availability and performance according to defined SLAs.
Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge repositories.
