Professionals should have hands-on experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems, Agile/Scrum frameworks, sprint planning, backlog management, governance processes, and service delivery management. Experience with Siemens Opcenter Core (Camstar), end-to-end MES implementations, and manufacturing transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
The role also involves monitoring Agile metrics, managing customer relationships, ensuring SLA compliance, facilitating governance reviews, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting Product Owners in backlog prioritization.
