The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in DELMIA ORTEM / ORTEM APS, finite-capacity production scheduling, production planning, scheduling logic, constraints, priorities, setup times, and planning scenarios. The candidate will work on developing optimized production schedules while considering resources, capacity, manufacturing constraints, calendars, and changeover requirements.
The role also involves integrating ORTEM with MES platforms such as DELMIA Apriso and Siemens Opcenter, along with ERP systems, preferably SAP. The engineer will handle data mapping for orders, BOMs, routings, resources, constraints, and calendars, while supporting real-time data exchange between ORTEM, MES, and ERP systems.
