The candidate will be responsible for developing, modifying, testing, and optimizing Siemens S7 PLC programs for manufacturing and industrial automation environments. The role includes equipment remediation, PLC logic redevelopment, HMI and SCADA integration, and seamless connectivity between shop-floor automation systems and enterprise applications.
Professionals should have hands-on experience with Siemens S7 PLCs, TIA Portal, Step 7, PLC/HMI/SCADA integration, OPC-UA, Kepware, SQL databases, and industrial communication protocols such as PROFINET and PROFIBUS. Strong understanding of manufacturing automation, equipment commissioning, validation, and enterprise system integration is highly preferred.
